PostHeaderIcon Did You Hear About The Morgans? **

Is it worth $10? No

On a date to “celebrate” the three-month anniversary of their separation, married New Yorkers Paul (Hugh Grant) and Meryl (Sarah Jessica Parker) witness a murder and are forced to enter the Witness Relocation Program. They’re then shipped to Wyoming to live with a cowboy couple played by Sam Elliott and Mary Steenburgen, where their city-slicker ways are frowned upon, but they nonetheless find a way to address their issues (he cheated on her, she rightfully feels scorned). Grant has some funny one-liners, but the rest is bland, boring and lacks energy.

Did You Hear About How Boring The Morgans Are?
This movie was awful. I have never turned off a movie before and I sure did with this one. The only good quality of this film was Hugh Grant's funny little quips. Which can be seen in any of his other films but still funny in parts. I have never been more bored in my life. The Morgans themselves are even boring. Paul and Meryl? Seriously? Might as well name them Bob and Barb. The worst part is that even when you wanted to laugh you were constantly reminded of Paul's infidelity. If you want a movie to be funny make it funny and leave the all to well known Carrie Bradshaw esque storyline out of it. Actually, that probably couldnt even have helped this movie.
